COVID proved the mRNA supply chain could go from sequence to jabs in under a year. The question was whether the platform generalises beyond one virus.
It does. Personalised cancer vaccines now train the immune system on a patient's own tumour mutations, and RSV candidates have cleared late-stage trials. The platform era is only beginning.
